Identity Program

How do you reach an audience that doesn’t think they’re the audience? Time for a new identity. Midland County ESA needed to inform families of both their eligibility for, and the importance of, preschool education. A new identity  program and mixed-media campaign were developed focusing on themes of empowerment for kids. Placement in targeted areas like movie theatres and doctors offices have been bringing steady results far beyond the original goals.
